ADVERTISING POLICY
Review and enforcement standards applying to advertisers, creatives, claims, products, services, and destinations on AdMosaic.
This Policy forms part of the Terms. The Japanese version governs. Approval does not guarantee legality or performance.
Advertisements must comply with laws, sector rules, self-regulatory codes, and public policy in every targeted region and must be truthful, clear, and capable of substantiation. Material terms and the advertising nature of a message must not be concealed.
Advertisers remain responsible for their advertisement, offering, claims, licences, destination, and third-party rights. AdMosaic review is not legal advice or regulatory approval.
Illegal goods or services, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorised finance or payments, pyramid schemes, counterfeit or stolen goods, illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, child sexual abuse material, sexual services, prostitution, and illegal gambling are prohibited.
Because age targeting is unavailable, tobacco and vaping, adult products, alcohol, gambling or prize promotions, and other age-gated offerings are not accepted at launch.
Political or election advertising, crypto or token sales, binary options, high-yield investments, unauthorised lending, deceptive debt services, and dangerous medical or health products are prohibited.
Content promoting discrimination, hatred, harassment, threats, violence, self-harm, exploitation, personal attacks, or improper exploitation of tragic events is prohibited.
Excessively shocking, graphic, sexual, or disturbing content and manipulation through unreasonable fear, shame, or guilt are not accepted.
False or exaggerated claims, unsupported superlatives, fabricated endorsements or reviews, fake scarcity or deadlines, hidden charges, and omission of material conditions are prohibited.
Price, discount, comparison, performance, efficacy, safety, environmental, and user-count claims require objective evidence valid throughout the placement. AI-generated material is held to the same standard.
Healthcare, medicines, medical devices, supplements, cosmetics, professional services, recruitment, mail order, finance, and other licensed or regulated sectors may require licences, qualifications, substantiation, and target-region documentation and may be restricted or rejected.
Cross-border advertisements must comply with local law, sanctions, and export controls. Advertising for sanctioned parties or evasion is prohibited.
Advertisements must not infringe copyright, trade marks, designs, patents, publicity, image, privacy, or trade-secret rights.
Necessary permissions must be obtained for people, logos, music, characters, screenshots, and comparative material. Personal or sensitive information must not be displayed without lawful consent.
Creatives must meet the stated dimensions, resolution, size, and supported formats such as PNG, JPG, GIF, and WEBP. Important disclosures must remain legible and uncropped.
Excessive flashing, rapid animation, seizure-triggering patterns, fake close controls, system or AdMosaic UI impersonation, and misleading interaction prompts are prohibited.
Destinations must use valid HTTPS, match the advertisement, and reasonably identify the advertiser, offering, price, terms, and contact. Shortened links, redirect chains, cloaking, unknown downloads, forced notifications, and excessive pop-ups are prohibited.
Malware, credential theft, browser-history manipulation, and non-consensual downloads are prohibited. Material post-review changes require fresh review.
Destinations collecting personal data or device information must provide legally compliant notice, consent, security, and opt-out controls. Creatives may not embed code intended to identify AdMosaic visitors.
Bots, click farms, self-clicking, automated refresh, or any artificial manipulation of impressions and clicks are prohibited.
The operator may automatically or manually review creatives, destinations, advertisers, licences, and substantiation before and during delivery. Detection methods and internal thresholds need not be fully disclosed where disclosure would enable evasion.
Advertisers must provide requested evidence by the stated deadline and seek fresh review before material changes. Approval applies only to the reviewed content.
For violations or serious risk, the operator may reject, require changes, hold, suspend, remove, disable links, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and report matters to authorities without prior notice in urgent cases.
Suspension caused by advertiser breach, missing evidence, unauthorised change, or safety risk is non-refundable. If publication is ultimately impossible without advertiser fault, the undelivered portion is refunded under the Terms.
Advertisers may request reconsideration with corrected material or supporting evidence using the method in the notice. Repetitive submissions, false evidence, and review evasion may result in account restrictions.
The operator may reject an advertisement not expressly listed where there is a reasonable risk of serious harm to visitors, third parties, the service, or the operator.
